Neymar leads the shortlist of nominations for the forward positions in FIFPro’s World XI alongside Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi.

The Santos sensation is the sole Brazilian representative on a star studded lineup consisting of the great and good of world football.

Fellow South Americans, Sergio Aguero, Edinson Cavani, Luis Suarez and Radamel Falcao also feature on the list.

Premier League marksmen Wayne Rooney, Robin van Persie and Mario Balotelli are also nominated alongside former Chelsea targetman Didier Drogba.
