AC Milan striker Alexandre Pato has hinted that he could be leaving the club in the near future amidst fierce criticism from supporters.

The Brazil forward came off the bench to score in the Rossoneri’s 3-1 win over Malaga on Wednesday but Pato was believed to have been unhappy at being dropped.

Pato told reporters after the match: “I am happy for the goal and had told the coach I was going to score.

“Milan are doing well and Stephan El Shaarawy is doing well, but I want to play. We’ll see what to do with my agent.”

This comes after reports that Pato’s agent would be meeting Milan for crunch talks over the striker’s future, with no shortage of interest across Europe for his signature.

The speculation will serve to add more pressure on coach Massimiliano Allegri as he looks to avert Milan’s recent decline, with Juventus waiting at the weekend.
