Sambafoot takes a look at the Brazilians in action in last night's Champions League...

David Luiz, Ramires and Oscar all featured in Chelsea's 3-0 defeat at Juventus which ultimately cost manager Roberto Di Matteo his job as the club are all but out of the competition.

Manchester United's Rafael and Anderson were unable to prevent a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Felipe Melo's Galatasaray in Istanbul.

Barcelona's Dani Alves scored the opening goal in their 3-0 win over Spartak Moscow in the early kickoff.

Dante's Bayern Munich held Jonas' Valencia to a 1-1 draw at the Mestalla to take both teams through to the knockout round.

A Benfica team featuring Lima, Luisão, and Artur Moraes dispatched Celtic 2-1 which leaves the Scottish champions' hopes of going through in the balance.

Shakhtar's Brazilian contingent secured passage to the next round as Willian, Fernandinho, Alex Texeira and Luíz Adriano helped them to a 5-2 victory over FC Nordsjaelland.

A field full of Brazilians saw Luis Alberto and Rafael Bastos take on Douglão, Ismaily and Leandro Salino as CFR Cluj beat Sporting Braga 3-1.

In other results, Lille beat BATE Borisov 2-0.
