Former Man Utd keeper Van der Sar heading to Brazil
Former Manchester United and Ajax goalkeeper Edwin Van der Sar will be in Rio de Janeiro later this month to take part in a debate at the Soccerex trade show.
Van der Sar, who participated in three World Cups with his Holland side retired following the 2011 Champions League final and is now thought to be close to taking up a Director of Football role at Ajax, with whom he won four Eredivisie titles as a player.
The twice UEFA Champions League winner will participate in a debate on the hot topic of goal-line technology at the convention, which will also feature the great and good of Brazilian football.
