Inter Milan Coach Roberto Mancini has told the press he fully expects Adriano to remain in Italy next season.

The new Premiership champions are said to be keen on signing the Inter Milan striker in the summer, yet coach Mancini is confident the Brazilian will stay at the San Siro.

“I think Adriano’s a really good player for us and I think he will stay with us,” said Mancini. “I don’t know if there are any real offers for him or if the €100 million offered by Chelsea is true. But I think he will stay.”

However Chelsea have the cash, and may offer a few players (on loan Veron) to Inter to entice them into a deal.
