The Piexe boss has recently revealed his frustrations at star player Neymar missing numerous Brasileirão fixtures due to international duty.
Ramalho suggested that the Brazilian calendar should follow a similar structure to Europe’s, which has designated international breaks.
Brazil head coach Mano Menezes has agreed with Ramalho but does not know when the problems will be solved.
The said: "I have no way to intervene in this situation on the calendar but it is certain that this problem should be solved.
"I'm not sure if it will be resolved next year but we have to think about it because it will impact more clubs."
The upcoming Confederations Cup, taking place in Brazil in June, and World Cup in 2014 are likely to cause more selection problems for domestic managers.
