São Paulo head coach Ney Franco looking for more striking options

São Paulo head coach Ney Franco has admitted that his team lacks quality upfront and cannot rely soley on Luis Fabiano. Despite progressing to the quarterfinals of the Copa Sul-Americana, Franco was unhappy with the 0-0 draw against LDU de Loja.
He told Terra: "We need more attacking options in this final stretch of the Brasileiro. As a coach, I have the responsibility to see what the team needs and that is the position of center forward, we need one or two names from the market. We cannot depend on just one player (Luís Fabiano)."
The coach also mentioned that in Willian José they have a player of huge potential, but not with the crowd on his back.
"William has had opportunities, he has come in and answered. He is a player of 20 years of age and when he enters Morumbi, he is booed. He lacks confidence. We need to trust in the potential, which can make him one of the best in Brazil, but emotionally he is not prepared, even in games here (at Morumbi). Today (Wednesday), when I called him, the boy was booed. This hurts," he added.
