Guangzhou midfielder Darío Conca could return to Fluminense sooner than expected

Argentine playmaker Darío Conca is contracted to Chinese side Guangzhou until 2013 but could make his return to Fluminense sooner than anticipated.
The 29-year-old, who spent three years at Fluminense, has already confirmed his intentions to return to Brazil when his contract expires next December.
Conca was said to be close to returning earlier this summer but the Evergrande midfielder changed his mind and insisted he wanted to stay in China.
However, it now seems that Conca’s lawyer, Marcos Motta, is traveling to China to discuss an early departure for the midfielder, who is currently the 8th best paid player in the world.
Motta told Lancenet!: "Conca is our client, but he still has a contract with Guangzhou Evergrande for a year and a half.
"I'm about to go to China to resolve some contractual details of player. I want to see with my own eyes how it goes because the phone is not ideal."
Conca, who plays alongside Brazilians Cléo, Muriqui and Paulão in China, has already promised his wife and friends that he will return to Fluminense, who are keeping an eye on his situation.
Rodrigo Caetano, CEO, said: "We do not have any ongoing negotiations. Of course we always keep an eye on the news that arises concerning Conca. But we are only thinking about the Brasileirão title match."
