Liédson: Flamengo also have to improve off the field

Liédson has stated that Flamengo also need to improve off the field as players at the club are owed two months of unpaid wages.
The Brazilian-born Portuguese international scored for Flamengo during their 3-2 defeat to Corinthians on Wednesday.
The Rubro-Negro were already losing 3-1 when Liédson came off the bench to score against his former club, deep into stoppage time.
The former Sporting Lisbon player has stated that there are improvements to be made off the field, as well as on, due to unpaid wages.
Liédson said: "These things are happening, but we have to work. At some point we shall receive it.
"I depend on the salary and I'm worried for my companions also, for these wages.
"Flamengo have to improve off the field as well."
According to an internal agreement at the club, the players’ salaries are deposited on the 25th of each month, but August is yet to be paid.
Flamengo face Cruzeiro in their next game, which takes place on Saturday at the Engenhão.
