Tulio de Melo: "We had to win this game"

Lille finally won their first match in their new stadium with a 2-0 victory over lowly Ajaccio in Ligue 1 on Saturday night.
Brazilian forward Tulio de Melo started and played the entire ninety minutes as Nolan Roux and Ryan Mendes' goals sealed the victory for the hosts in the new Grand Stade Lille-Métropole.
Les Dogues will be hoping that a second league win of the campaign is enough to truly kick-start their season, after recent struggles both domestically and in the Champions League.
After the hard-fought match, a satisfied Tulio de Melo told his official website: "It's an important victory for us this evening. We needed to win this game at all costs and we dominated from start to finish."
Lille's next fixture is away to high-flying Bordeaux on 19 October following the upcoming international break, giving time for the North France side to return refreshed for the remainder of the campaign.
