Seedorf apologises to Botafogo teammates for training ground rant

Botafogo coach Oswaldo de Oliveira told Lancenet today that Clarence Seedorf has apologised to teammates for his training ground outburst on Thursday.
Seedorf, 3 was in a furious mood at the training and staged a protest on the field. Soon after the final whistle of session, while the players hydrated, the former Dutch international was seen gesturing and shouting for 2 minutes and seemed to throw a glass of water on the floor.
Teammates Marcio Azevedo, Fábio Ferreira and Doria were among the athletes near the Dutch, who had to be calmed down by the 61-year-old head coach.
He said: "Seedorf is a smart guy, polite and above all obedient. It is a privilege working with him.
"I can guarantee that he is sorry for what he has done…..I do not allow disrespect of colleagues. But arguments are normal.
"It's nothing extraordinary, he is sorry and apologised." he added.
