CFR Cluj 1-2 Man Utd: Anderson and Rafael feature

Manchester United continued their 100% record in the Group Stage of the Champions League thanks to a 2-1 away victory against CFR Cluj in Romania.
The Red Devils, for whom both Rafael and Anderson played the full 90 minutes, controlled the midfield area throughout, but fell behind early on after poor defending from left-back Patrice Evra allowed Sougou to square for Kapetanos to finish past De Gea.
The Premier League runners-up came back strong though and it was the ever-reliable Robin van Persie who came up trumps, first 'heading' home a Wayne Rooney cross - although the ball appeared to loop off his shoulder - before poking a delightful outside of the foot volley past the keeper to add a second early in the second-half.
It was an unspectacular game for the club's Brazilian duo, but Anderson will be grateful to get ninety minutes under his belt once more. The former Grêmio midfielder looked lacking in match-fitness, but was heavily involved as the visitors dominated possession.
Rafael, playing in his usual right-back position, had a busy game operating the entire touchline by himself and stuck to his defensive responsibilities manfully. Another encouraging performance from the full-back who earned Sir Alex Ferguson's praise in the build-up to the game.
