Tuesday's Champions League: Brazilians in action

There were plenty of Brazilians in action in last night's Champions League action. Sambafoot rounds up those that impressed.

David Luiz and Ramires got on the scoresheet for defending champions Chelsea as they secured a 4-0 victory over FC Nordsjaelland, Oscar also featured as he assisted with a pass for Ramires' goal.

Rafael and Anderson both featured in Manchester United's 2-1 victory against CFR Cluj where Sir Alex Ferguson's side came back from an early set back with Robin van Persie scoring a brace.

Barcelona and Dani Alves won 2-0 against a Benfica side that featured Brazilians Jardel and Lima.

Shaktar's Brazilian contingent impressed as Willian laid on an assist for Alex Teixeira in a 1-1 draw with Juventus. Luiz Adriano and Fernandinho also featured.

Jonas grabbed the headliines by firing Valencia to a 2-0 victory over Lille with a brace.

Luiz Gustavo's Bayern Munich was the victim of the night's biggest upset as they crashed to a 3-1 defeat at the hands of BATE Borisov. Dante also featured.

Sporting Braga featured an all Brazilian back line of Leandro Salino, Douglão, Ismaily and Paulo Vinicius as they defeated Felipe Melo's Galatasaray 2-0.

Scottish champions Celtic also defeated Spartak Moscow 3-2.
