Santos lowers admission prices to $1 in bid to raise attendances

Santos are seeking to solve their attendance woes by lowering the price of tickets to just $1 for the match against Internacional.
The cut price tickets, available to club members, is a move to attract more paying fans to the Vila Belmiro.
Santos states that the reduction is to commemorate the club's centenary year.
This follows after the club reduced ticket prices for the match against Portuguesa last week.
Prices for non-members are set to be announced by the club today ahead of the fixture against Internacional on Saturday afternoon.
It was announced recently that Santos had the fourth worst attendance record in the Brasileirão only just beating the likes of Ponte Preta, Atlético GO and Portuguesa.
Santos' woes were compounded today after it was announced that star striker Neymar would be missing for four games after his red card against Gremio and subsequent call up to the Seleção.
Santos are struggling in 13th place in the Brasileirão after 27 games ahead of their fixture with Internacional, who are in sixth place.
