Santos ace Neymar will reportedly join Barcelona next summer.

The 20-year-old is currently one of the most sought-after players in world football, with the likes of Real Madrid, Manchester United, Chelsea, Paris Saint-Germain and Juventus all believed to be interested.

Neymar recently admitted that he would like to move to Europe after his contract with Santos expires in the summer of 2014, but according to Sport, the Brazil international will join Barcelona next summer.

The Spanish newspaper claims that Barca president Sandro Rossell has negotiated a deal with Santos where the Brazilian club would be forced to pay a fine of €40 million if Neymar moved elsewhere.

The highly-talented forward was recently advised by his former Santos team-mate and close friend Robinho, who is currently playing for AC Milan, to join Barcelona if he wants to become the best player in the world.

”It will be very difficult for Neymar to become the best player in the world in the Brazilian league. That’s why he should make the move to La Liga,” Robinho said.

”If he decides to leave Santos and he has the choice to join Real Madrid or Barcelona, I would advise him to pick Barca.

”Barcelona are a great club and Brazilians have always done well there.”
