Neymar should join Barcelona over Real Madrid - Robinho
AC Milan forward Robinho says that Neymar should move to Barcelona ahead of Real Madrid should he decide to leave Santos.
Neymar is continually linked with a big-money move to Europe, with his destination seemingly most likely to be one of the two Spanish giants.
Robinho, who played for Real between 2005 and 2008, feels that a switch to Barca would be the best option for the 20-year-old.
"It will be very difficult for Neymar to become the best player in the world in the Brazilian league," Robinho told Lancenet.
"That's why he should make the move to La Liga. If he decides to leave Santos and he has the choice to join Real Madrid or Barcelona, I would advise him to pick Barca.
"Barcelona are a great club and Brazilians have always done well there."
Neymar's current contract with Santos runs until December 2014. He has also been a rumoured target for Chelsea and Manchester City.
