Neymar: I am not a machine

Santos star Neymar has once more voiced his disappointment with the way Brazil fans treat him during the Seleção’s 1-0 international friendly win over South Africa on Friday.
The 20-year-old was booed by the home fans inside the Morumbi Stadium as Brazil failed to impress against the Bafana Bafana, who hosted the World Cup in 2010.
However, Neymar, who expressed his disappointment with the Brazil fans' behaviour, feels that people may expect too much from him.
"I felt sick because of what happened against South Africa. I am not a machine," he was quoted as saying by Globo Esporte.
"I was exhausted after Friday's match, both physically and mentally.
"I just want to keep on playing and help Santos and the national team."
A number of Brazil's squad, including Dani Alves and coach Mano Menezes, have criticised the fans’ treatment of the young attacker.
Dani Alves said: "I have nothing against the fans of São Paulo. I meant only that our best player [Neymar], our franchise player, our player that can make the difference, needs to be handled with care.
"Supporters have every right to complain, but they need to understand that our best player has to be treated with more care."
Brazil and Neymar will be looking to improve on Friday's performance during their upcoming friendly against China today, before two games against Argentina on September 19 and October 3.
