São Paulo have reportedly turned down a fresh bid from Al-Rayyan for striker Luis Fabiano.
The Qatari club, who signed Nilmar from Villarreal earlier this summer, had a €6.5 million bid for Fabiano rejected by São Paulo just less than two weeks ago.
Al-Rayyan, though, came back with a new €9 million offer for the Brazil international on Friday, but once again the Tricolor Paulista resisted cashing in on their current top goal scorer, according to Globo Esporte.
Luis Fabiano, who has scored 28 goals in 43 international appearances, joined São Paulo from Sevilla in 2010 for a sum believed to be in the region of €7 million.
