Julio César to make his QPR debut against Chelsea

Julio César will not make his Queens Park Rangers debut against Manchester City today as he has yet to be given international clearance following his move from Inter Milan.

The 32-year-old goalkeeper, though, is likely pull on the QPR shirt for the first time when the R's take on their west London rivals Chelsea at Loftus Road on Saturday 15th September.
