Manchester City sign Maicon from Inter Milan - report

Maicon wins Samba d'Or trophy in 2010 - Sambafoot

Manchester City have reportedly signed Maicon from Inter Milan in a deal believed to be worth around €4 million.

The 31-year-old left-back, who was previously linked with the likes of Real Madrid and Chelsea, has agreed terms with the Premier League champions, according to Sky Sport Italia.

City manager Roberto Mancini has worked with the Brazil international at Inter for two seasons before leaving the San Siro for the Etihad in 2008.
