Filipe Luis: Chelsea have everything to gain in UEFA Super Cup

Atlético Madrid defender Filipe Luis has conceded that Chelsea are the favourites to win the UEFA Super Cup.

Atlético will be playing in the annual European fixture for the second time in three seasons, having defeated Inter Milan 2-0 in the 35th edition of the Super Cup in 2010.

However, Luis still believes that he and his team-mates will go into Friday's game as the underdogs.

''Chelsea have everything to gain, but even though we lost Diego, we have a very strong team and ambition,'' the Brazilian left-back told AS.

''I was at the club for the last Supercopa, but I did not feel right for not having been to Hamburg [where Atletico won the Europa League final].

''Now I feel good. I was very scared of missing the final after the last injury I had.''
