Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni grateful to Julio César

Inter Milan coach Andrea Stramaccioni has expressed his gratitude to goalkeeper Julio César, who ended a seven-year spell at the club on Wednesday to join Queens Park Rangers.

The pair only worked alongside each other at San Siro for no more than five months, but Stramaccioni appreciates the Brazil international's efforts in helping him settle down in the Nerazzuri hot-seat.

''I will always thank Julio César, as he helped me when I arrived here, but the club choices go beyond affection,'' the 36-year-old trainer told reporters.
