Liverpool ace Lucas Leiva ruled out for two to three months

The Brazil international was forced off after just four minutes of play during the Reds' 2-2 draw with Manchester City at Anfield on Sunday.
''It is very unfortunate,'' Rodgers said at a press conference on Wednesday afternoon. ''He has worked ever so hard to come back and he has been an outstanding player for me and person off the field as well.
"The indications are two to three months. It is quite a unique injury at the top of his right thigh.
"He has had a scan and we will see a specialist this evening. We'll see if it needs an operation or whether it is just recuperation."
Lucas, who was named Liverpool's player of the season for the 2010-11 campaign, only recently made his comeback following eight months out on the sidelines with anterior cruciate ligament damage in his left knee.
The 25-year-old took to Twitter to air his frustrations at his latest setback. He said: ''No words to describe my feelings at the moment. It is been hard to be positive but I am sure better days will come. YNWA.''
