Lucas Moura to join PSG in January

Lucas, 19, will join the French side in January 2013, at which point non-EU defender Milan Bisevac will have received French citizenship.
The announcement ends a long-running transfer saga which saw Lucas come close to joining English giants Manchester United, before PSG arrived on the scene with a bid valued at €43 million.
The deal represents a new club record for the Parisien side and also a new record for a Brazilian club transfer, eclipsing the deals signed earlier this summer for Thiago Silva and Oscar respectively.
The forward, who has played 11 times for his country, is currently with the Brazilian national team in Great Britain for the ongoing Olympic Games tournament, but will return to Brazil to finish the season as he looks to help São Paulo qualify for the Copa Libertadores 2013.
Lucas will become the sixth Brazilian player in the squad at the Parc des Princes, joining Alex, Maxwell, Thiago Motta, Nene and Thiago Silva at the club.
The deal will, though, raise questions as to the validity of financial fair-play agreements, with Paris Saint-Germain once more intent on spending large sums of money this summer.
