Túlio de Melo's Lille finish pre-season unbeaten

With just a week to go until the start of the French league season, Túlio de Melo's Lille finished their preparations with a 1-0 victory over Rennes.

The only goal in the encounter was scored by striker Nolan Roux in the first-half.

Les Dogues finish their pre-season undefeated, full of confidence ahead of the encounter with St Etienne next week.

Ex-Atlético Mineiro player Túlio was pleased with his team's performance: "It was important to finish our pre-season with a win, now we have to focus on Ligue 1 starting next week."
