Arsenal and Spurs target Julio César prepared to terminate his contract with Inter so that he can join Roma - report

Julio César is reportedly willing to terminate his contract with Inter Milan so that he can join Roma on a free transfer.
The 32-year-old's days at the San Siro appear to be numbered following the arrival of Slovenian goalkeeper Samir Handanovic from Udinese.
César has attracted strong interest from Roma, but his wage demands and transfer fee are believed to be preventing a move to the Stadio Olimpico.
The Brazil international's agent, though, is currently in Milan negotiating for a contract termination, according Sky Sport Italia.
Meanwhile, reports in Britain have suggested that north London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are monitoring César's situation closely.
