Costacurta: Kaká can still be a great player for AC Milan

Alessandro Costacurta believes Real Madrid playmaker Kaká still has plenty to offer for AC Milan if he were to return to the Italian club this summer.
The Brazil international has struggled for both form and fitness since moving to the Santiago Bernabéu in 2009, but the Rossoneri are keen on bringing the 30-year-old back to the San Siro in a bid to rebuild their squad following a handful of key departures.
Costacurta believes that coach Massimiliano Allegi should give the young players at Milan a chance to prove their worth in the first-team this season, but he also feels Kaká would be able to contribute greatly.
''I would prefer it if Milan invested in youngsters as there are a lot of interesting young players out there. However, Kaká is Kaká. He can still be a great player. He's a champion who still has a lot to give,'' the former Rossoneri defender told Sky Sport Italia.
''Let's hope that Kaka returns to Milan, and that he will still be able to delight us. Kaka hasn't played for a while, so it would be good for him to come back.
''It would also be good for the Milan fans if Kaka came back, as they’re still in shock after the sale of Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic.''
