Dani Alves was the highlight of Barcelona's 2-1 pre-season win over Hamburg in Germany on Tuesday.
Despite only playing the first forty-five minutes, Alves' contribution was decisive having opened the scoring in the fourth minute and winning back possession to initiate the move that led to Barça's second goal, which was scored by Gerard Deulofeu just before half-time after Tolgay Arslan had equalised for Hamburg.
The match marked Tito Vilanova's first game in charge of the Catalan giants, and Alves certainly left a positive impression on his new boss, who insisted before the game that the Brazil right-back is very much part of his plans for the upcoming season.
