Chelsea agree Oscar fee - reports

British television giant Sky Sports are the latest media outlet to report that a deal has been struck that will take Oscar from Internacional to Chelsea for €25 million.

Oscar, 20, has been the subject of an ongoing transfer saga involving The Blues, but once more it seems a deal may have been reached.

The latest development comes a day after Internacional president Giovanni Luigi publically stated that it would take a new Brazilian record fee to prize away the youngster.

"I want the transfer of Oscar to be the biggest deal ever in Brazilian football," Luigi told Radio Gaucha. "And the Chelsea offer isn't that far from that."

"If regarding Oscar we get offers that match our expectations, we'll negotiate. But they have to be of the value that mean significant resources for Internacional."
