Julio César's wife blasts disrespectful Inter Milan

The wife of Julio César has slammed Inter Milan following reports suggesting the Serie A outfit are ready to offload the goalkeeper this summer.

Speculation in Italy claims that the Nerazzurri intend to replace the Brazil international with Udinese shot-stopper Samir Handanovic, and Susana Werner has taken to Twitter to remind the club that her husband has been one of the best players at the San Siro over recent years.

''There needs to be respect for people, for everything Julio has always done and won. Inter made history in 2010... Thanks to all the fans,'' she tweeted.

César, who has two years remaining on his contract with Inter Milan, struggled for form last season.
