Leonardo – PSG not interested in Ibrahimovic

Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Leonardo has dismissed reports suggesting that his club expressed an interest in AC Milan forward Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

The French and Italian media had speculated that PSG enquired about the Sweden international whilst they were locked in talks with the Rossoneri over the potential sale of Thiago Silva.

However, Leonardo insists that Ibrahimovic was never on the Ligue 1 side's wish list. The Brazilian told SportItalia:

''I can assure everyone that we never spoke about Ibrahimovic. Our only real interest has always been Thiago Silva.''
