Neymar praises 'best in the world' Messi

Neymar, 20, who had been talked about as a pretender to Messi's throne by many in Brazil, could only watch as his rival single-handedly undid the Seleção's good work to hand Argentina the honours.
However, with Brazil playing a nigh-on Under-23 side, Neymar was content with his sides performance.
"They said that he [Messi] would be a passenger for Argentina and he wasn't," Neymar told Globo Esporte.
"Brazil could have left with a win. We created several goalscoring opportunities, we played well and we showed that we are on the right track.
"He is the best in the world, it's as simple as that. Given space he did what he does. He is to be congratulated for his goals. Everyone knows what he can do."
Brazil will name their final 23-man squad in early July, before kicking off the campaign for Olympic glory on July 28 in Cardiff
