Tottenham target Nilmar discussing personal terms with Inter
Villarreal striker Nilmar is closing on a move back to childhood team Internacional, with personal terms close to being finalised.
Nilmar, 27, has admitted he would like to return to the Beira-Rio and on the weekend, club director Cuca Lima confirmed that negotiations were underway.
"The wage settlement with the player is already well underway, and we should not have any major problems,” Lima told Lancenet.
“The question now is Villarreal. There is speculation that they will ask for between eight and 10 million euros.”
Nilmar played for the Gaúcho side until 2009, when he left to join Villarreal, but has suffered major injury problems since arriving in Spain.
