Allegri – Thiago Silva and Ibrahimovic will stay at AC Milan

AC Milan coach Massimiliano Allegri has rubbished reports suggesting that Thiago Silva and Zlatan Ibrahimovic will leave the San Siro this summer.

Ibahimovic has been linked with a move to Real Madrid, while Thiago Silva has attracted interest from Manchester City and Barcelona.

''The club and the president are keen to maintain Milan at a high level. Ibrahimovic and Thiago will remain here,'' Allegri told Milan Channel.

''Thiago is young and Ibrahimovic can also give a lot. They are two champions on which Milan can build their basis for the future.

''The club is only working on replacing those players who have left.''
