Chelsea midfield star Ramires has set his sights on a World Cup winners medal having achieved Champions League glory in Munich.
Ramires, 25, missed the final through suspension, but was able to claim a thoroughly deserved winners medal as his side emerged victorious from a penalty shootout in the Allianz Arena.
Ramires told ESPN Brazil: ''I always said that Chelsea deserved to be respected. We managed to be strong in the Champions League.
''Chelsea deserves respect and today we pulled the strength to turn things around. Now I just need a World Cup to finish my career well.
''We struggled during most of the time during the year, but the season ends in a spectacular fashion. The club demanded this title and I'm sure this put these players in Chelsea's history.''
