AC Milan snap up Brazil Under-20 goalkeeper Gabriel

Reports in Italy claim that AC Milan have signed Gabriel from Cruzeiro in a deal believed to be worth around €500,000.

According to Sky Sport Italia, the 19-year-old goalkeeper is expected to arrive in Italy on Monday to undergo a medical before signing his contract with the Rossoneri.

Gabriel holds an EU passport and reportedly attracted interested from Juventus, despite never establishing himself as the number one shot-stopper at Cruzeiro.

The talented youngster has, however, won 15 caps for Brazil at under-20 level.
