Manchester United to decide Fábio future on Wednesday

Manchester United will meet with the agent of Brazilian full-back Fábio da Silva on Wednesday to decide his future, with a loan-move to Benfica on the cards.

Fábio, 21, has struggled to gain first-team opportunities at Old Trafford, with Patrice Evra an almost ever-present at full-back and is set for a loan move next campaign.

Agent Cassiano Pereira told A Bola: "There is not anything concrete. At the meeting I will have on Wednesday [tomorrow] with the leaders of Manchester is when we will decide the future of Fabio."

The newspaper reports that the deal is not dependent on a move for Nicolás Gaitán being completed in the opposite direction.
