Arsenal defender Andre Santos has come out on Twitter to vehemently deny talk of a summer return to Brazil, with Botafogo.

Andre Santos, 29, was linked in the Daily Mail with a shock summer move, but moved quickly to deny the report.

"With all due respect to Botafogo and friends that I have there at the moment, I'm very happy at Arsenal and have a contract for another three years," he stated.

The Brazilian made 20 appearances in an injury-hit first campaign, scoring twice.
