Ramires voted Chelsea Players' Player of the Year

Chelsea's Brazilian midfielder Ramires has won the club's Players' Player of the Year award.

The former-Cruzeiro player helped the club to the FA Cup trophy, as well as to the final of the Champions League, in a season when the Blues have struggled for consistency.

The 25-year-old has scored 12 times in 46 games so far this campaign.
