Agent – Zero chance of Arsenal full-back André Santos joining Botafogo

The agent of André Santos has laughed off a report suggesting that the Arsenal defender could join Botafogo this summer.

It was reported in an English newspaper that Botafogo were preparing to launch a bid to sign the 29-year-old at the end of the season, but Carlos Leite insists that his client will not be heading to the Rio de Janeiro-based club.

''There is zero chance of André Santos playing for Botafogo at the moment,'' the agent told Lancenet.
