AC Milan will wait until the end of season to open contract talks with Seedorf

The former Netherlands international has been strongly linked with a move away from the San Siro this summer, with Brazilian side Botafogo having already openly admitted that they want to sign the 36-year-old midfielder.
However, Gandini insists that Seedorf's future has yet to be defined, telling Lancenet:
''He is a great player and a wonderful person but we have not discussed the renewal of his contract with him,'' the Rossoneri official said.
''Seedorf's contract ends in July, as do the contracts of nine other players. And we have not been talking to any of them.
''We will only do this from May 14 onwards. Only then will we know if Seedorf will still be at Milan, or if he will be released to join another team.''
