Anderson leaving Manchester United in swap deal?

Manchester United are set to offer midfielder Anderson as a make-weight in their pursuit of Colombian James Rodriguez.

Anderson, 24, has struggled with injury and inconsistent form over the past two seasons and it seems the Old Trafford side have lost patience with the former-Porto star.

With United looking to swoop for Porto youngster Rodriguez, English newspaper Daily Mail reports that the Manchester side will look to use Anderson as a way to reduce the fee involved.

The Brazilian is still a popular figure in Oporto having played for the club before joining the Red Devils in 2007.
