Blatter – I hope Brazil can win Olympic gold this summer

FIFA president Sepp Blatter has admitted that he hopes Brazil can finally win gold in the Olympics football tournament this summer.

The South American country has won the FIFA World Cup a record five times, but surprisingly their best achievement in football at the Olympic Games is a silver medal – which they have won on four occasions.

''I do hope Brazil [can win gold at the Olympics],'' Blatter told SporTV. ''They have all the medals, but the only gold medal they are missing is in the Olympics. Perhaps with Neymar, they will do it this time.''
