Luis Fabiano - São Paulo can end trophy drought this season

São Paulo forward Luis Fabiano is confident his side can end their three-year wait for silverware this season.

The Tricolor, who have gone without a trophy since winning the 2008 Campeonato Brasileiro, are enjoying a good start to 2012, having been able to reach the semi-finals of the Paulista state championship and the last-16 of the Copa do Brasil.

''I strongly believe we can win trophies this season because this team has quality,'' Fabiano told Globoesporte. ''It's our year. Our time has come.''
