AC Milan and Santos discuss extraordinary Ganso-Robinho swap deal

It has long been in Santos' plans to return Robinho to the Vila Belmiro in this centenary year and now plans have been revealed that show a possible exchange deal with Ganso.

Italian newspaper La Stampa reports that a deal has been discussed between the two clubs which would see AC Milan part with Robinho and a small fee in order to bring Ganso to the San Siro.

Ganso, 22, who has been linked away from Santos for some time is reportedly open to the idea of a move, with Santos not offering him anywhere near the terms signed by team-mate Neymar.

It would be a move that would bring an end to Robinho's up-and-down career in Europe, which remains somewhat incomplete given his exceptional talents.
