Neymar – I don't need to move to Europe to improve

Santos forward Neymar has rejected Brazil coach Mano Menezes' idea that a move to Europe would help him realise his full potential.

The 20-year-old told Globoesporte: ''Experience comes with time.

''I have improved in the last three years and I can continue to improve by working hard and trying to win.

''I don't need to go to a new place to grow or get more experience. I am experiencing many things at Santos, with many positive accomplishments. I don't need to move to Europe.

''Mano said that to help me. He wants the best for me. But this decision belongs to me, my father and the rest of my family.''
