“I think we are well served for defenders,” said the 1994 World Cup winner, talking to Globo’s Sport TV.
“Thiago Silva is great and deserves to be a starter. David Luiz is also good and only needs a little more experience.
“That only comes with more games and there is still two years until the World Cup. I think we will arrive at the World Cup with a very good defense.
At present it is impossible to talk about Brazilian defenders without mentioning Dedé and Aldair was also praising of the Vasco star.
“I really like Dedé’s style of play. He is a defender with presence and he knows how to win the ball from opponents well. I think that if he maintains this level, he will be in the squad for the World Cup.”
