Pato, 22, has been in-and-out of the Milan side this campaign and struggled with niggling injuries during his spell in Italy, but is still regarded as one of the world’s most promising strikers.
The report states the forward would sign a deal to run until the summer of 2016, valued at €7 million-a-year.
Any move would potentially give the forward the chance to link up once more with former-coach Carlo Ancelotti, the favourite to take the helm in Paris should Antoine Kombouaré be dismissed.
