Real Betis star Denilson claims that Santos want him to replace Real Madrid-bound Robinho.
The winger claims Santos have made initial contact with his representatives to sound him out about a move back to Brazil.
“My brother had some conversations with people from Santos a few days ago,” Denilson revealed to Radio Jovem Pan.
“He didn’t talk about money or any financial facts, but it seems to be that they are interested in me because they are about to sell Robinho.”
Real are expected to announce the signing of Robinho in the near future, although it is likely he will not move to Spain until next summer.
