Henrique wants to find a new club - Mowa Sports
Sao Paulo striker Henrique may take legal action against his club as he believes his contract is not valid.
The 20-year-old, who won the Under-20 World Cup Golden Ball and finished as joint top scorer, is unhappy at Sao Paulo due to a lack of playing time and wants a move to secure regular first team action.
Globoesporte is now reporting that Henrique's agent is now studying his contract. The forward signed a five-year deal when he was 17, but Brazilian law forbids minors from penning any deal longer than three years.
João Paulo de Jesus Lopes, vice-director at Sao Paulo, said: "We follow Brazilian law very closely and there is no problem with his contract."
